Payment is due upfront as each post is custom and will need to be discussed to portray the customers vision.

We ship within the United States (and possibly select international destinations). Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Painted Post Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, all sales are final unless a product arrives damaged or defective.
