Each post or piece of art is meticulously created to your specifications, ensuring a unique and personal design. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom artwork, except under the conditions outlined below.
Possible Exceptions to the No-Return Policy
Damaged Artwork: If your custom artwork arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Broken Fixtures: In the case of additional fixtures, such as lights or other items that arrive broken or malfunctioning, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of items.
