Your Custom Garden Post is a 4-6 Week Process.

The process of crafting your custom
garden post involves several steps to ensure the highest quality and durability.

Design and Crafting (1-2 weeks):
We begin by carefully shaping the post. Our team ensures precision in shaping and
smoothing the surface in preparation of the painting process.

Collaborating and Design:  (1 week) 

The key step is collaborating on ideas for the artwork, which involves sharing photos, suggesting concepts, and exchanging thoughts. This helps make sure we’re aligned and the final design meets your expectations."

Priming and Painting (1-2 weeks):
Once shaped, it is primed with a special surface preparation to ensure optimal paint adhesion. After priming, we paint with high-quality weather resistant acrylic paint. This is the fun, creative part we love the most. Bringing your ideas to life.

Sealing and UV Protection (1 week):
After the paint has fully dried, the post is sealed with a premium UV protective sealant. This guards against fading, sun damage, and the wear and tear of
outdoor exposure, extending the post's lifespan and maintaining its appearance.

Curing and Final Inspections (1 week):
Once the paint and sealant are applied, the post undergoes a curing period to ensure the finishes fully set and harden. Our team conducts a thorough quality check to confirm that the post meets our high standards before shipment.

Completion and Delivery Timeline:

We estimate the entire process will take 4-6
weeks from start to finish. However, rest assured, we are committed to completing your post as quickly as possible, working diligently to meet—and exceed—the timeline while ensuring the highest standards of quality. Once completed, the post will be carefully packaged and shipped to your location for prompt delivery.

Materials We Use

Our garden posts are crafted from high-quality, closed-cell industrial strength Styrofoam, offering superior durability and weather resistance. Its structure ensures that it is impervious to water absorption, making it ideal for outdoor use in all weather conditions. It is lightweight yet strong, providing long-lasting support without the risk of rotting, warping, or cracking.  Perfect for garden decorative elements, combining functional strength with low maintenance. Designed to withstand the harsh elements, ensuring your garden installations stay secure and visually appealing season after season.

Painted with high-quality acrylic paint, providing vibrant color that resists fading. To further enhance its longevity, it is sealed with a UV protective sealant, ensuring long-lasting protection against sun damage, discoloration, and wear.

For optimal performance, it is recommended to install or display the post in a location not directly exposed to harsh sunlight. This placement helps preserve its colorful, unique appearance.


Return Policy

Each post or piece of art is meticulously created to your specifications, ensuring a unique and personal design. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom artwork, except under the conditions outlined below.

Possible Exceptions to the No-Return Policy

Damaged Artwork: If your custom artwork arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Broken Fixtures: In the case of additional fixtures, such as lights or other items that arrive broken or malfunctioning, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of items.

Process for Reporting Issues

Resolution:
We will review the case and offer a possible resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund (in the case of irreparable damage).
